Terms and Conditions for November 14th, 2023 Giveaway - "I Am a Child of God: Coloring and Activity Books for Boys and Girls"

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all children 3 to 12 years of age. Entrants must have a valid shipping address within the United States. 

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway will begin on January 1st, 2024, at 10:00 AM (EDT) and end on January 15th, 2024, at 10:00 PM (EDT). Entries received outside this period will not be considered. The results will be announced on January 17th, 2024, at 10:00 AM (EDT).

3. Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase a copy of the " I Am A Child Of God: Coloring and Activity Book for Boys or Girls" and fill out the "Dear Author" page in the book. Each participant is allowed one entry per book purchase. Only entries with completed "Dear Author" pages will be considered valid. When taking a picture of the pages, please make sure the whole book is in the frame. Images without the entire book in frame will not be accepted. 

4. Review and Colored Page Submission: Each entrant must write a review about the book on the "Dear Author" page and mention their favorite colored page. Reviews should be original, honest, and reflect the participant's genuine thoughts about the book. Submissions must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content. By submitting a review and colored page, participants grant the book's author and publisher the right to use and publish the content on social media and the official website.

5. Winner Selection: Two winners from the best review and colored pages will be chosen from each category (boys and girls). Selection will be based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the giveaway guidelines. Winners will be notified via email or direct message on social media on the 17th of January 2024. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, their prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize: The selected winners from each category will have their review and colored page featured on the author's social media channels and official website, and receive a goodie bag. The specifics of the goodie bag will be revealed on January 1st, 2024, by the author and may include items related to the book, such as stationery, art supplies, or small toys. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

7. Privacy: All personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prizes. By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information for these purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for prize fulfillment.

8. General Conditions: The author and publisher reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The author's decisions regarding winner selection and prize allocation are final and binding. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Massachusetts, USA.
